The RETURN of BET's UNCUT

BET recently dropped some big news on its viewers and that is the return of their infamous show "UNCUT". I honestly can not think about my childhood without reminiscing about the BET UNCUT days. BET uncut was considered to be forbidden territory for young people back in the day. That definitely didn't stop us from staying up late to catch the raunchy videos. The show aired from 2001-2006 and was the center of much controversy. 

The show was known for showing video's such a Nelly's "Tip Drill" and Mystikal "Shake It Fast" basically the depictions of a female derrière is the main attraction. It's reported that videos such as Nicki Minaj's Anaconda will be shown on the the new UNCUT. 

UNCUT is set to return on Tuesday 11 August 2015 at a much earlier time than in its past history. I personally think they are going to have to adjust the time and push it to after midnight. 

Many viewers are ecstatic about the return of the show 

Although there are many who are excited there are just as many who are not here for the raunchy over sexified music videos 

My question is WHY is it being brought back. What makes the show so worthy of being revived. Is there a need for UNCUT and what is gained by bringing this show back when we have the Internet at our fingertips to watch what we want. 

I'm interested in seeing the outcome of the revival and will definitely be tuning in. I'm grown now so why not watch it.. I might learn a thing or two about twerking. I seriously need to step my game up.
