Attention all Gladiators SCANDAL returns this fall

Thursday nights are usually an exciting one in the household of many African Americans across America. We love the show and the suspense that it brings. According to my facebook, twitter, and instagram timelines more than half of the people I know are obsessed with the show and the secret but not so secret love affair that goes on between Olivia Pope and the President.

 

We live in an age where a happy modern day family just does not rock our socks anymore. We need lies, cheat, and deceit to get us talking and the writer of Scandal " Shonda Rhimes" gives us just that.

No need to wait any longer because season 4 awaits your viewing on Thursday September 25, 2014.
Just a heads up sadly Harrison will not be returning this season due to the fact that he was fired from the show. Columbus Short's recent arrests and incidents show that we might need to say a prayer for the brotha.

Kerry Washinton gives birth to a baby girl

We were all ecstatic to find out that one of America's favorite actresses was pregnant a few months ago. She's the star of one of the biggest shows on television "SCANDAL" and within the African American community she is leading from the front. Now that awards season is now behind us, we have been seeing less and less of the infamous Kerry Washington. 

A little over two weeks ago on April 21, 2014 Kerry Washington gave birth to a baby girl at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and named her Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha. Yes she had the baby AND NO ONE KNEW.

This isn't the first time Kerry has kept something a secret from us, last summer she secretly married her daughter's father Nnamdi Asomugha an NFL star. 

Isabelle's middle name " AMARCHI" is African based and means " God's grace" along with her first name meaning devoted to God. 

What a beautiful name, I love it. Well congratulations to Kerry and Nnamdi on the birth of their baby girl. Enjoy being a mother Kerry.

The QUEEN of SCANDAL is pregnant

Our favorite TV Drama star " Kerry Washington" is with child and is a mom to be.

There have been speculations over the past few weeks, that Kerry was possibly hiding a baby bump due to her choice in clothing. She had been wearing alot of free flowing dresses.

This will be her first child with her new husband, NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha. They got married back in June and kept it a secret. UsMagazine was told by an exclusive source that Kerry is 4 months along. She is currently 36 and her husband is 32. I'm excited to see Kerry in mommy mode, she's going to be a great mother.
