Miss USA 2015 at Miss Universe *national costume sneak peek*

This summer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana Olivia Jordan ( previous Miss Oklahoma ) was crowned Miss USA 2015. For those of you who do not know, this title is considered one of the most prestigious titles in the pageant industry.

On December 20, 2015  in Las Vegas, Nevada Olivia will compete against accomplished and beautiful women from around the world for the Miss Universe Title. During the pageant the contestants/ladies get to wear national costumes that represent their home nation and we have just been graced with a sneak peek of our very own Miss USA's costume

This fierce red white and blue ensemble was designed by Adam Selman and resembles a Victoria Secret Fashion Show costume and I can't get enough of it. Those wings will definitely triumph over her competitors and make her stand out.

I extremely excited to watch the pageant and to room Miss USA on to victory. Make sure you be sure to check out the pageant This Sunday December 20, 2015 on FOX 7/6c

Beyoncé covers The September issue of VOGUE 2015

The month of September brings about many things. It has been seen on many occasions as the start of new beginnings. This is around the time school goes back into session, the seasons change and people tend to see it as an opportunity for a fresh start. Within the fashion magazine industry September is consider to be a big month for sales and the issue is seen to particular be thicker. For Vogue the September issue is their most important issue and Beyonce Giselle Knowles Carter graces this year's cover which makes her Vogue's IT girl/woman of the year

The September issue is entitled Forces of Fashion and places great emphasis on high fashion couture clothing that catches the eye of any fashion guru. The photographer who had the honor of capturing Beyonce in her element of regal and grace was Mario Testino He did such a fabulous job at capturing Queen Bey. He also was the photographer in one Beyonce's previous vogue shoots.

Here's a preview of the cover story by Margo Jefferson:
What do we want from the glamorous, powerful women we call divas or icons or cultural forces? We want them to want—and in our names get—everything they possibly can. Success in work and love. Sexual pleasure. Money and power. We want them to embody multiple fantasies. We want them to make us believe that exciting realities are just around the corner.
It used to be that the great pop stars with fashion and style gave us small variations on one grand theme. Tina Turner: minidresses and honey tresses. Janis Joplin: boas, bangles, and bell-bottoms. Cher: spangled striptease getups with mythic Third World touches. Nowadays fashion isn’t about the grand theme, it’s about juxtaposition, and it’s filled with allusions to movie and art history; to music and dance styles; to iconographies of race and ethnicity, religion and gender. Madonna opened the door to this collage approach. Today we see it in the wigs, masks, and sculpted costumes of Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj, the restless dazzle of Rihanna’s couture choices. And, of course, in the music, dance, decor, and looks of the ultimate streamed collage: BeyoncĂ©.

Congratulations to Beyonce on scoring the September cover of Vogue and what makes this slayage  even more fabulous is the fact that September is Beyonce's birthday month

Say Goodbye to Bruce Jenner and hello to "CAITLYN"

So there I was on a Monday Night in the Middle East scrolling through instagram when all of a sudden I see multiple pictures of some brunette lady appear on my time line and I see the words Vanity Fair in the background ....and I'm thinking to myself " VANITY FAIR" "VANITY FAIR" and then it clicks omg Bruce Jenner was making his big debut on Vanity Fair and I go back to the picture and I see that its Bruce Jenner who would like to be called Caitlyn and I say OH EMMM GEEE,  he actually looks pretty good. Now we all know when we think of Bruce Jenner we usually think of the Decalathon Track and Field Olympians. I'm slowly starting to accept this girl thing, but I will admit he looks fabulous on the cover of Vanity Fair. See now I'm in this dilemma where I want to call Bruce a him but I should say her but that does not seem normal just yet (sighs) OH and yes Bruce has gotten a BOOB JOB.....* dang his breast look better than mines* Anyways Check out CAITLYN's pictures below and her article in Vanity Fair.

(Vanity Fair interview)
NEW YORK, N.Y.—Speaking publicly for the first time since completing gender transition, Caitlyn Jenner compares her emotional two-day photo shoot with Annie Leibovitz for the July cover of Vanity Fair to winning the gold medal for the decathlon at the 1976 Olympics. She tells Pulitzer Prize–winning V.F. contributing editor and author of Friday Night Lights Buzz Bissinger, “That was a good day, but the last couple of days were better. . . . This shoot was about my life and who I am as a person. It’s not about the fanfare, it’s not about people cheering in the stadium, it’s not about going down the street and everybody giving you ‘that a boy, Bruce,’ pat on the back, O.K. This is about your life.”
Jenner tells Bissinger about how she suffered a panic attack the day after undergoing 10-hour facial-feminization surgery on March 15—a procedure she believed would take 5 hours. (Bissinger reveals that Jenner has not had genital surgery.) She recalls thinking, “What did I just do? What did I just do to myself?” A counselor from the Los Angeles Gender Center came to the house so Jenner could talk to a professional, and assured her that such reactions were often induced by pain medication, and that second-guessing was human and temporary.
Jenner tells Bissinger the thought has since passed and not come back: “If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, ‘You just blew your entire life. You never dealt with yourself,’ and I don’t want that to happen.”
Bissinger spent hundreds of hours with the man the world knew as Bruce Jenner over a period of three months, and then countless hours with Caitlyn, also attending the photo shoot with Leibovitz at Jenner’s Malibu home.
Bissinger apologizes to Jenner for repeated pronoun confusion and asks whether she is sensitive about it. “I don’t really get hung up,” she tells him. “A guy came in the other day and I was fully dressed—it’s just habit, I said, ‘Hi, Bruce here,’ and I went, Oh fuck, it ain’t Bruce, I was screwing up doing it.”
Bissinger speaks extensively with Jenner’s four children from his first two marriages—Burt, 36, and Cassandra, 34, with first wife Chrystie, and Brandon, 33, and Brody, 31, with second wife Linda—and describes an insensitive father who had been absent for years at a time. Jenner openly acknowledges mistakes made with them as Bruce, and expresses genuine regret. Says Burt, “I have high hopes that Caitlyn is a better person than Bruce. I’m very much looking forward to that.”
Watch a behind-the-scenes video of Annie Leibovitz’s photo shoot, as Caitlyn discusses how much living fully as a woman means to her.
For the Jenner children, the issue of the transition has become a non-issue. They were already aware of their father’s identity as a woman when he told them individually about the transition—Burt and Cassandra had learned from their mother roughly 20 years earlier, when they were 13 and 11; Brandon had assumed it because of the obvious physical changes he had observed; and Brody was told by his mother when he was 29. They tell Bissinger they feel both happiness for their father and inspiration at his bravery, and they all still see their dad as their dad regardless of any gender label. Brandon said he was a little taken aback when he saw Caitlyn for the first time after surgery and she pulled her top up to reveal her new breasts. “Whoa, I’m still your son,” he reminded her.
As part of the transition, Jenner started hosting small gatherings called “girls’ nights” with wine and food where Jenner could dress as desired and feel natural in the presence of women, and it was there that her daughter Cassandra met Caitlyn for the first time. “I was just nervous that I wouldn’t make her feel comfortable,” Cassandra tells Bissinger. “I was worried I wouldn’t say the right things or act the right way or seem relaxed.” But almost all of it melted away when she got there. “We talked more than we ever have. We could just be girls together.”
Despite the renewed relationship with their father, the Jenner children have refused to participate in Caitlyn’s docu-series for the E! network, set to debut this summer, forgoing financial gain in favor of preserving their father’s legacy. Initially, Caitlyn was “terribly disappointed and terribly hurt,” but has come to accept their decision. For her part, Caitlyn is prepared for the criticism that it’s a publicity stunt: “‘Oh, she’s doing a stupid reality show. She’s doing it for the money. She’s doing this, she’s doing that.’ I’m not doing it for money. I’m doing it to help my soul and help other people. If I can make a dollar, I certainly am not stupid. [I have] house payments and all that kind of stuff. I will never make an excuse for something like that. Yeah, this is a business. You don’t go out and change your gender for a television show. O.K., it ain’t happening. I don’t care who you are.”

Jenner tells Bissinger that since the Diane Sawyer interview aired “it’s exciting to go to the mailbox, because I get letters every day from all of these people from all over the world.” One of them was addressed “Bruce Jenner, Malibu, California,” as if she had become her own country.
Bissinger writes that Caitlyn seems happy and relaxed, with a sense of purpose and confidence. She can’t wait when she goes out now to tell the paparazzi to “make sure it’s a good shot,” instead of asking patrons to help shield her from them in the parking lot of the local Starbucks. She looks forward to more girls’ nights “where everybody is treating you the same way. You can talk about anything you want to talk about. You can talk about outfits. You can talk about hair and makeup, anything you want. It becomes not a big deal.” She says that on the E! series she will focus on ways of lowering the rates of suicide and attempted suicide in the transgender community, among other issues.
Jenner tells Bissinger that Bruce was “always telling lies.” (She even describes doing public appearances after winning the gold medal, where “underneath my suit I have a bra and panty hose and this and that and thinking to myself, They know nothing about me. . . . Little did they know I was totally empty inside.”) Caitlyn, she says, “doesn’t have any lies.”
“I’m not doing this to be interesting. I’m doing this to live,” Jenner tells Bissinger. She then jokes, “I’m not doing this so I can hit it off the women’s tee,” but she does tell Bissinger that on her E! show she plans to do a segment in which she sees if she can still hit a golf ball 300 yards off the tee, even with her very ample breasts.

Solange Knowles stylish NOLA wedding blows us away

BEHOLD THE FABULOUS WEDDING PARTY OF SOLANGE PIAGET KNOWLES

Whenever Solange (28) does anything we should always expect that it will be unique and stylish. This weekend ( NOV 14-16) Solange wed her long time boyfriend "video director" Alan Ferguson (51) in good ole New Orleans. New Orleans is definitely a city that fits Solo's big and soulful personality and has been her home for a while now.

The couple kicked off their wedding weekend Friday night with a screening of Diana Ross's movie " Mahogany " at Indywood Cinema. The lovely couple watched Mahogany together on their first date and wanted to share this special connection with their friends and family. Before watching Mahogany they shared a documentary about their love for one another with their guest.

Solange and Alan kicked off their weekend looking chic

SOLO is having a blast.

The fabulous couple arrived to the site of the wedding gracefully riding bikes. Solange wore a gorgeous ivory caped jumpsuit by Stephane Rolland and definitely showed us what she was working it. Check out that amazing cleavage she has on display.

LOVING SOLO'S HAIR

Check out the couples grand entrance below

she set the standard

Take it in from the back

Pure Happiness

What a lovely couple

Blue Ivy is rocking her fro

I am in love with Solange's pre wedding look, from her powerful Afro to the jumpsuit to the fact that she ditch a limo and rolled up to her wedding location on a bike with her hubby. Who does such a thing. That would be Solange Knowles. I expected to see her turn heads and yes indeed she did. I think she inspired Bey to let Blue Blue rock a picked out fro as well * I better not hear any nasty comments about her fro*

Check out the Stephane Rolland jumpsuit on the runway

The wedding was held at Maringy Opera House in New Orleans and

Her guest wore all white and everyone looked amazing especially Beyonce and Mama Tina * LAWD* those family genes are nothing to be played with.

Solange rocked a Humberto Leon for Kenzo floor-lento gown *with another cape attached* along with Stuart Weitzman shoes. She also wore gold bracelets by Jill for Lady Gray. Overall Solange looked absolutely amazing. She embodied what it means to be a queen and I loved her for that. She didn't conform to modern day wedding traditions but instead chose to add her style and flavor to the ceremony and achieved amazing results. Alan's suit was a Lanvin design.

Solange's Bridal party featured her Fierce big sister Beyonce Giselle Knowles Carter, her mother Tina Beyince Knowles, cousin Angela Beyince, singer Janelle Monet, and video director Melina Matsoukas. The women in the photo give off this I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR type of vibe and it intrigues me. I love the intense looks in the ladies eyes * all except Janelle Monet* This bridal portrait will go down in history as one to be remembered. Y'all already know everybody about to try and recreate this photo so brace yourself.

Alan is a video director and a native of Richmond Virginia. He directed JayZ's primetime music and video and both Party and Dance 4 You for Beyonce.

Mama Tina showing us that she still has it

Tina Knowles also was a show stopper at Solange's wedding and showed us that she's doing the damn thang at the fabulous age of 60. It's so obviously why Beyonce and Solange sparkle the way that they do * check out the woman who carried them*

Beyonce was spotted in a form fitted dress designed by Ronny Kobo it was his Maggie Lasso Diamonds Dress ($349)

Next up you will find some behind scene footage of the celebration

Solange dancing in the streets of New Orleans

Unfortunately it looks like Solange had an allergic reaction to an unknown source and ended up breaking out in hives

mother and son dance together

Check out Solange and Juelz perform a choreograph dance routine to " NO FLEX ZONE" I loved this part of her wedding

Overall Solange's wedding was a home run. She looked beautiful, happy and blew the world away. KUDOS SOLO.

Also just to let you know Solange is 28 and her knew husband is 51 *WOAH* I thought the Beyonce JayZ age gap was huge but SOLO just beat out BEY BEY

Seems like the Bey and Solo both have a thing for older men. Women do mature faster than men so that could be why.

I'm not sure if her father Married Knowles made the wedding but I really hope he did along with Kelly Rowland but I doubt it only because i couldn't find any pictures of them at the wedding.

As always Social Media blew up and even took the time to let Kim Kardashian know this is how you BREAK THE INTERNET while remaining fully clothed.

Solange officially has all unmarried women re planning their future weddings in their heads including me. We all want to be as fabulous as SOLO some day. She has me re-evaluating all my wedding plans and I'm thinking my wedding will be a fashion show "lets see what I can come up with.

Solange made an Instagram post about her special day
