Halloween 2014 ( from adorable to OH HECK NO)

Halloween 2014 was very eventful and like always people around the world SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT with their creative costumes. My personal favorite costume(s) of the season just so happens to be one worn by my favorite singer * Im not being bias, y'all know Beyonce and Blue killed it. Check out how the mother/daughter duo pay homage to the #KingOfPop and his FIERCE sister.

Overall it looks like Halloween 2014 was a total success. The costumes were on point and it looks like events from the past 12 months were fully represented through the costumes this year. We had Beyonce's infamous grammy performance and her on the run tour, to the disgruntle black man in the green shirt from feguson along with the arrest of Donna G ( Miss POP hold it down). I also like how movies and characters from the past were recongnized to include the Poetic Justic and the Friday cast. I personallly was not able to dress up this year due to the fact that I am deployed but best believe next year it's going down and I'm bringing my A game.

Kelly Rowland bares it all while pregnant

I love a woman who's comfortable in her own skin and Mrs Kelly Rowland definitely displays that confidence in her most recent spread in Elle Magazine. Kelly bares it all while strategically, giving us a glowing view of her adorable baby bump. 

I actually happen to love maternity photos and what they represent and Kelly does not dissappoint in her awesome spread. 

Kelly's photos were taken by one of the newest photographers in the game the one and Lance Gross. I am a huge admirer of his work and would love for him to turn his camera on me one day. Hey Lance if you ever need a fierce veteran for a photo shoot I'm your girl.

Congratulations on your first child! What are you looking forward to the most about motherhood? 

I can't wait until he gets here. I just have a couple more weeks. I'm excited to bring a child into the world, and sharing that experience with my husband is probably the most beautiful part.

You've become quite a role model for staying fit during pregnancy. What tips would you give for other mothers who want to stay healthy and in shape while pregnant?

Everybody always tells you to go crazy with food, and you can eat whatever you want. It's fine to have your cravings but I wanted an easier delivery. All the women that I've talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery. Exercise really helps that. And I like being able to have peaceful sleep at night, though there's no such thing as that now in the last trimester [laughs]. To be honest, I did modify my exercise routine a bit by just listening to my body. I would tell my trainer [Jeanette Jenkins] "This move doesn't feel right," and we'd modify it. I still walk two miles everyday. I still work out. It's important to me.

Any cravings?

I love cherry pie and chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in it. And I had a week straight where I was obsessed with nachos. 

Your skin is glowing! What's your pregnancy beauty regimen? 

I've switched out anything with harsh chemicals. I use nothing but shea butter, pure cocoa butter and coconut oil. It's amazing how all of those things work so well for my skin. I'm going to continue to just use those after the baby gets here.
