NEW BEYONCE MUSIC BowDown-Ive Been On

Beyonce decides to drop us some samples of music from her upcoming album. She released the music along with a picture of her during her pageant days, that states BOW DOWN. Beyonce is reminding us that she's still the number 1 female in the game.

Bow Down, starts off with simple lyrics, talking about Beyonce's hometown Houston (H-TOWN).
"Dont get it twisted it's my sh*t Bow Down bitches"

The usage of the word bitches caught me off guard, but I already know it is something I will be singing along with

I know when you were little girls, you dreamed of being in my world
Don’t forget it, don’t forget it, Respect that, Bow down b-tches
I took some time to live my life, but don’t think I’m just his little wife
Don’t get it twisted, get it twisted, this my sh-t, bow down b-tches

I've Been On, has a sound that we are not use to hearing from Beyonce, but I love it. The song has a futuristic feel, and bey doesn't personally sing in this track, or from what she released we don't hear any singing, but the beat is pretty dope. On this track Bey's voice is chopped and screwed and she definitely lets her Ratchet side out,  it's the same beat thats from her Mrs Carter World Tour promo queen video. The video is below

Thanks Bey for making our St. Patrick's Day a little brighter. These two tracks are now officially on repeat.

While we are waiting on information on her new album, in the meantime you can pick up a copy of SHAPE magazine, Beyonce is on the cover.

  1. I can see how that specific line could be seen as controversial to some, be let's be honest, Beyonce is the Queen. She's amazing! She has a right to say what she wants in her music because there is no one out there who is doing what she's doing. Plus I've been listening to that song on repeat and I absolutely love it.

    1. Crystal, girl yes it's been on repeat for me as well. I really love how Bey is switching it up and having fun with her music, hell she's earned the right to and I'm sure her millions of fans are not complaining. I mean the song is different and is not meant for everyone to love it but the harsh criticism bey is receiving because of the song is a Bit much. She's a brave woman to put it out, she knew it would set people off but chose to go forward with it anywys
